Open Studio this Sunday from 11 to 3. Please contact me if you need directions. This year I'll be featuring prints, paintings and books primarily produced in the last year. You'll find that my work has taken a few twists and turns since my last open studio. New materials, new marks, new approaches, and new work. Some pieces are as large as my fireplace while other are as small as my cereal bowl. Hope you can make it!

I'm a spirited artist and instructor with lots of energy. Currently I'm developing paintings, prints, books and collages that are inspired and developed in my sketchbooks. This fall I'll be offering a sketchbook development course at the Corcoran, and a workshop in Portland, Oregon in hopes to pass along what I've learned through working in mine. Really enjoyed your blog - looked for it after reading sketchbook article in old Cloth Paper Scissors mag. As a printmaker and an absolute collector and hoarder of any kind of papers for my collage work, it was good to know there ARE other people out there like me! Cy Neve
